Lindsey graduated from Minnesota State University-Moorhead, with a bachelor’s degree in Social Work. She went on to earn her master’s degree in Social Work from George Williams College of Aurora University. Lindsey is an Advanced Practice Social Worker (APSW). Lindsey is a mental health provider in Dane County and has extensive experience supporting children, teens, and adults. Lindsey also conducts social skills groups and independent living skills groups for children, teens and young adults to help them develop the skills necessary to live active and healthy lives. Lindsey believes in using a holistic approach to better serve consumers, by focusing on the consumer’s whole self, as well as their physical and social environment. Lindsey’s love for creativity and her belief that the creative method of expression is an important therapeutic technique has led Lindsey to discover her passion for art therapy, in which she is motivated to begin Psychotherapy in the near future.

Sara graduated from Edgewood College with a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and earned her master’s degree in Community Counseling from Lakeland College. Sara specializes in helping others advocate for themselves while finding ways to thrive independently. Sara's background in trauma-focused care allows her to work alongside those who struggle with everyday tasks, due to past experiences they are still processing. She is comfortable working with both kids and adults. Sara employs a holistic approach and has a passion for helping others to create change at their own pace.

Chelsea graduated with a master’s from UW Madison in social work and is a licensed Advanced Practice Social Worker. She has over 9 years of experience working in Dane County with various populations. Chelsea has extensive knowledge of community resources and the difficulties that affect residents of Dane County. She has spent the last 7 years working in Child Protection in Dane County. Her caseload encompassed clients and families from various cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds. Much of her focus through this work was on children and families with significant trauma histories and mental health issues. Chelsea enjoys working with clients to build skills, facilitate independence and help clients achieve their own goals at their own pace. Additionally, Chelsea has experience working with Spanish speaking individuals and speaks Spanish conversationally. She has a solid understanding of the complex cultural needs of the Hispanic community.
